1. Delivery Scope​

  • Hong Kong Local: We deliver to all areas in Hong Kong (excluding restricted zones requiring special access permission).​
  • Overseas: Overseas delivery is available for selected regions; specific applicable areas will be displayed at checkout.​

2. Delivery Time​

  • Hong Kong Local: After order confirmation and payment receipt, delivery takes 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays).​
  • Overseas: Delivery time varies by destination, generally 5-10 working days, subject to customs clearance and local logistics efficiency.​

3. Shipping Fees​

  • Hong Kong Local: Free shipping for orders with a total amount of HK​500orabove;HK30 shipping fee for orders below HK$500.​
  • Overseas: Shipping fees are calculated based on the order weight, destination, and selected logistics method, with the exact amount shown at checkout.​

4. Order Tracking​

After your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and logistics provider link. You can use the tracking number to check the real-time delivery status.​

5. Delivery Exceptions​

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect/incomplete address information provided by you, you will be responsible for the secondary delivery fee (if applicable); we will contact you via phone to confirm the address first.​
  • Delivery delays caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, customs inspections, logistics strikes) will be notified to you in a timely manner, and we will not be liable for related indirect losses.​
