Returns Policy

This Returns Policy applies to products purchased via the online homewear store (the “Store”) operated by LINKGOODS LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”), with registered address at FLAT E19, 10/F, NO.52 HUNG TO ROAD, KWUN TONG, KL, HONG KONG. By requesting a return or exchange, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Time Limit: You must submit a return/exchange request within 7 calendar days of receiving your product.
  • Product Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags/labels intact. Defective products (caused by manufacturing) are exempt from the “unused” rule but require photo proof of the defect.
  • Required Documents: You must provide your order number and clear photos of the product (including packaging and defects, if applicable) when submitting the request.

2. Returns/Exchanges Process

  1. Contact our customer service to submit your return/exchange request (see “Contact Us” below).
  2. After we confirm your request, we will provide a return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to the specified address; you are responsible for packing the product securely to avoid damage during transit.
  4. We will inspect the product within 3 working days of receipt. If eligible, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

3. Refund & Exchange Details

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days after inspection. We do not cover return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product, defect).
  • Exchanges: We will ship the replacement product (if in stock) within 5 working days after inspecting the returned item. Exchange shipping fees are borne by you unless the issue is caused by us.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or order proof.
